Welcoming Gelato Today

Ostificio Prealpino at SIGEP 2026

SIGEP is much more than a trade fair: it is the place where artisanal gelato tells its story, renews itself, and takes shape before those who live it every day with passion. This is where Ostificio Prealpino chooses to be, bringing with it a story born of craftsmanship, experience, and knowledge built over time—rooted in continuous research, careful attention to raw materials, and a deep respect for artisanal tradition. We have always accompanied gelato in its most natural and iconic gesture: the moment in which it is welcomed, supported, and offered, transforming a simple act into an experience that engages the senses, memory, and pleasure. Over the years, we have refined recipes, structures, and processes, listening to professionals and observing market changes, to create cones that are reliable, balanced, and consistent, yet also capable of evoking emotion and telling a story even before the first taste. Our presence at SIGEP 2026 stems from this vision, shared with an event that has always represented excellence, innovation, and a constant dialogue between tradition and the future—values we deeply identify with and that guide every choice we make. Alongside the cones that have long represented our way of understanding gelato—developed in both traditional and gluten-free versions, and also available in options suitable for a vegan diet—we will bring to SIGEP 2026 a story shaped by inclusivity, research, and genuine attention to emerging sensitivities. Our gluten-free cones, introduced to the market last season and now receiving increasingly strong recognition, are a concrete example: designed to offer safety, performance, and flavor without compromise, they naturally and contemporarily expand the gelato experience. We are living in a historical moment in which food has become a conscious choice—a language that speaks of well-being, care, and responsibility. Ostificio Prealpino interprets this change with respect and practicality, not by chasing trends, but by building solid, reliable solutions designed to stand the test of time. This same approach gave rise to Opera Prima, a line born of study, experience, and interdisciplinary research, created to support gelato professionals with advanced, versatile, and high-performance technical tools. It offers multiple application possibilities, including gluten-free solutions, options suitable for a vegan diet, and low–glycemic index formulations, while leaving room for creativity, customization, and the specific needs of each laboratory. Opera Prima does not impose a single direction; instead, it accompanies daily work, suggests possibilities, opens new scenarios, and engages in dialogue with a constantly evolving market—always keeping flavor, stability, and the quality of the final result at its core. You will find us at SIGEP 2026 in Pavilion A5, Stand 11B/054B, within a space designed to engage and surprise—conceived as a story to be experienced, where materials, forms, light, and details speak our language and invite visitors to pause, observe, touch, and be guided by the experience. It will not be just a stand to visit, but a place to live, where time slows down and every element helps create a recognizable atmosphere, capable of conveying who we are today and what we envision for tomorrow. Some things cannot be fully explained; they are perceived, breathed in, and carried with you. Our space at SIGEP is born with precisely this intention: to create an authentic moment of encounter, made of gestures, glances, and sensations, that lingers even after the fair is over. We will be there to welcome you, to share our new developments, and to present a vision that begins with gelato, passes through what accompanies and enhances it, and continues to look ahead—with curiosity, respect, and passion. The rest will be left to the experience itself, because some stories are not only read: they are lived, step by step, down to the very last detail.
