Nestled among the lively streets of Bergamo, in the picturesque San Paolo district, Ostificio Prealpino was founded in 1938, with a view of the majestic Orobie Pre-Alps. Since that distant beginning, the company has successfully combined artisanal tradition with innovation, becoming a reference point for lovers of authentic and genuine flavors.

PRESENT

Guided by the desire to combine tradition and innovation, the third generation - represented by Dr. Aurora Minetti - decided to renovate the historic building, enhancing its original architectural features and adapting it to the needs of a modern production. This choice, in addition to being a tribute to the past and an act of responsibility towards the future, has allowed us to create an even more welcoming and sustainable workplace.
