For over 80 years, Ostificio Prealpino has been writing its story in Bergamo, amidst the enchanting Orobie Pre-Alps. Three generations have succeeded one another, passing down the passion for producing high-quality artisanal desserts from father to son. Founded in 1938 by Franco Minetti's vision, Ostificio Prealpino was later taken over by his son Arnaldo and is now led by Aurora, the founder's granddaughter, alongside Dr. Diego Zanoli. The Minetti family has always believed that craftsmanship and attention to detail are the secrets to creating a unique product capable of enhancing the taste of artisanal gelato.
